As a copywriter and content producer, I’ve worked on projects for Tourism Australia, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, Moët Hennessy, Slow Food International, The University of Gastronomic Sciences, Hunter Valley Wine Country Tourism, Fink Hospitality Group and Hardie Grant Media.

I hold a Masters in Food Culture & Communications from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy, where I was previously based for many years, and a Master of Media Practice (Journalism) from the University of Sydney.
